Description
Offshore Legal has received a sole agency instruction to source a mid-senior level corporate/commercial associate for this leading firm in Turks & Caicos. The successful candidate will take on a wide workload, with a slightly more major focus on general contract work (shareholder agreements, JVs etc). Some exposure to larger scale development/real estate work would be ideal but is not necessarily required.
The firm have strongly indicated that this hire is being made with partnership in mind so are looking for clever and ambitious candidates who have a proven track of running their own portfolio of clients and transactions. Associates from West End or major regional firms, or those with current/previous offshore experience are particularly encouraged to apply, for immediate interview.
Salary/package will be extremely attractive and you can say goodbye to the taxman!
