Description
Offshore Legal has been instructed by a major client to source a top tier associate for their Finance team in Grand Cayman.
The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge in one or more of the following areas: international securitisation transactions and bespoke transaction structures, including cash and synthetic CLOs, standalone and multi-issuer repackaging programmes, structured products using collateralised swaps & repos and trade finance securitisations.
Applicants will have a strong academic background, at least 5 years’ relevant post qualification experience gained at a leading onshore and/or offshore law firm.
