A leading offshore firm is now quite urgently seeking a mid/senior level associate for their banking and finance practice in Jersey. The team has an international reputation for handling some of the most complex offshore transactions in this area, covering a full range of services, including: structured finance, asset finance, debt & equity capital raisings, CDOs and CLOs, securitisation, project finance, derivatives, securities regulation, convertible bonds, real estate finance, repackagings, and a broad spectrum of general banking work.
