Description
This leading offshore firm is looking to hire an ambitious associate for its’ commercial property practice in Jersey. The practice enjoys the lion’s share of the major commercial and development real estate projects on the island, advising both international and local clients. Property law in Jersey is unique and complex meaning the group gives advice across all areas, including; planning, construction, acquisitions, leasing, inheritance considerations and portfolio management. The starting salary on offer will be extremely attractive, comparable with city rates and will be taxed at a flat 20%.
