Description
Another major offshore firm is urgently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious associate for its corporate practice in Guernsey. The group specializes in all manner of corporate/commercial work including; M&A, JV, reorganizations, public offerings, amalgamations, private placements and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work.
Previous funds experience will be beneficial, however, is certainly not required as 95% of all corporate hires have not done funds work before relocating to the Channel Islands.
The firm has asked us to source candidates with 2-6 years post qualified experience from leading firms in London, Manchester, Bristol, Dublin, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa. The firm pays excellent salaries and also offers a generous relocation/benefits allowance. Income tax is a flat 20%.
