Offshore legal has been instructed by a major client to source a UK commercial barrister for its highly regarded dispute resolution practice in Cayman. The team are regularly involved in high profile cross border cases, acting for an impressive list of international and local clients in relation to all aspects of insolvency, contentious banking and financial services disputes, asset tracing, international arbitration and ADR and professional negligence amongst others.
