Description
An opportunity exists for a mid/senior level associate to join the Corporate/Commercial team of this market leading firm in Bermuda. Unfortunately someone has had to return to the UK so the firm is looking for a replacement. Experience in technology/digital assets, restructuring, M&A, capital markets, corporate finance would be ideal, however, all areas are not required.
Offshore Legal is inviting applications from candidates with experience practicing at recognised firms in the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Bermudians and associates already offshore are naturally also strongly encouraged to apply.
