Description
Offshore legal has been instructed by a major client to source a commercial litigation barrister for its highly regarded dispute resolution practice in Cayman. The team are regularly involved in high profile cross border cases, acting for an impressive list of international and local clients.
Candidates must be able to assume responsibility for advocacy against Leading Counsel, on major commercial litigation and, in particular, litigation involving cross-border issues, insolvency, asset tracing, and complex financial disputes. You will also be required to handle a large caseload with minimal supervision and demonstrate the ability to maintain and build on existing client relationships that attract future work and client referral.
