Description
This major offshore firm’s corporate and commercial team specialises in equity related issues and frequently advises on complex cross border transactions with a Cayman element. They regularly advise on M&A/JV, private equity, investment funds, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, listings, as well as more general commercial issues.
We have been instructed that they are now in a position to hire an additional associate, one that has a top tier city or offshore background and can hit the ground running early parts of Q1 2014.
