Offshore Legal is seeking ambitious finance associates interested in relocating to the Channel Islands.  Amongst other roles, there is currently a live vacancy within the Finance practice of a major offshore firm in the Channel Islands. The team has an international reputation for handling some of the most complex offshore transactions in this area, covering a full range of services, including: structured finance, asset finance, debt & equity capital raisings, CDOs and CLOs, securitisation, project finance, derivatives, securities regulation, convertible bonds, real estate finance, repackagings, islamic finance and a broad spectrum of general banking work.

They are seeking candidates with strong academics and experience gained in London firm(s). This is a fantastic opportunity to forge a long term career with a leading offshore firm. The firm pays close to city rates and with income tax set at a flat 20%, associates can increase their disposable income, whilst also significantly decreasing the time spent in the office chained to their desk!
