Description

Our client is seeking an experienced funds lawyer to join their award winning practice. The team specializes in the formation and structuring of all manner of investment funds, as well as giving advice as to distressed funds, fund management and contentious issues. They are looking for a super bright individual with 3-6 years post qualified experience in a top flight funds practice or in corporate teams doing some funds related work.  Knowledge of the local market or relevant general offshore funds experience would obviously be beneficial, however, certainly not required to be considered for the role. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in some marketing and business development which will involve periodic international travel.
