Description
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious commercial litigator to join the litigation practice of this top tier offshore firm. The successful candidates will enjoy a truly varied caseload of interesting and predominantly complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. These may include matters relating to general commercial/financial services litigation, international insolvency, shareholders and directors disputes and contentious trust disputes.
The firm is looking for an ambitious city based associate, however, junior UK Barristers and litigators already offshore are equally encouraged to apply. Depending on the quality of candidates they receive, the firm has indicated that they would actually like to make two hires during this interview process.
