Offshore Legal now has 6 live commercial litigation vacancies across the Channel Islands. These roles are with major offshore firms in Jersey and Guernsey, offering a similarly high quality of complex and interesting cross border work in the following main areas:

• general banking and finance litigation
• international insolvency and debt recovery
• asset freezing and tracing
• contentious trust and probate
• shareholders and directors disputes
• commercial and trade disputes
• professional negligence
• regulatory and compliance matters

The firms are specifically targeting candidates who have between 2-7 years of post qualified experience in city or heavyweight regional firms. Whilst they won’t be expected to have direct experience in all of the above areas, candidates should have a general commercial background and be willing to take on a broad practice. Barristers with the relevant commercial experience and PQE range are also strongly encouraged to apply.
