This top tier firm is looking to appoint a super bright and ambitious associate to its funds practice in Hong Kong. The team are specialists in the formation, restructuring and closure of all fund types, using all forms of investment vehicle, including companies, limited partnerships, unit trusts, innovative structures and segregated portfolio companies.

Candidates will need to have a UK or Commonwealth qualification, up to 6 years PQE and have practiced at a top tier city private practice firm(s). Language skills would obviously be advantageous, however, we have been specifically informed that it is not a requirement for this role.

The firm is looking for ultimate team players who are able to build strong relationships and work within a fast-paced and challenging arena. In return is the chance to work alongside chambers ranked associates in a collegiate atmosphere whilst working on cutting edge transactions for a blue chip client base. Total remuneration package will be on par with anything in the region and will include full relocation and health benefits.
