Description
A fantastic new opportunity exists for two ambitious associates to join the Corporate/Commercial team of a leading firm in Bermuda. The position will offer a heavy dose of complex cross border work, including: big-ticket M&A/JV transactions, public and private capital raising, investment funds, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements as well as insurance/reinsurance related work.
The ideal candidate will be Commonwealth qualified and have between 3-6 years post qualification experience in a corporate/commercial practice at recognized city or top tier regional firm(s). Previous exposure to offshore work would be beneficial but is not necessarily required.
Bermuda is a beautiful island with an abundance of stunning beaches, crystal clear water and palm trees, whilst still having access to a traditional English high street. In addition, Bermuda is the oldest self-governing dependant territory of the UK and is politically and economically very stable.
