Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a top tier London associate to join the leading corporate practice of this major offshore firm. The team frequently advises on complex cross border M&A, JV and private equity transactions as well as shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, IPO’s, and as the jurisdiction dictates, a full range of investment funds work. Previous funds experience is not a requirement as on-site training will be provided and associates can generally be up to speed within a couple of months.
The firm are targeting London based associates from heavyweight UK or US firms who have between 3-5 years of post qualified experience. The firm offer exceptionally attractive packages and there will be realistic opportunities to progress with the firm as they continue to expand their international network of offices.
