Our client is a major offshore firm with a large international network of offices. A position has become available in their Private Equity Group in Grand Cayman. The team acts for 90% of the world’s largest private equity firms, from every corner of the globe, specializing in the following principal areas:  formation of funds and other investment vehicles, public and private M&A, leveraged buy-outs, group restructuring and secured lending.

The team is made up of a group of extremely bright individuals who for the most part have magic/silver circle onshore backgrounds. Realistically, candidates will need similar credentials to be seriously considered for this role. On-site training will be provided to help new employees get up to speed with particular clients and work practices, whilst ongoing training is regularly provided to all employees to keep them up to date with the ever-changing Private Equity arena.
