Description
One of Offshore Legal’s major clients has vacancies in both their Banking and Asset Finance Teams.
- The Banking role will be varied including including: structured products, CLOs, securitisations and CLN/repackaging programmes, financing, refinancing and restructuring work involving asset backed securities, including RMBS, CMBS, CDOs and secured corporate bonds.
- The Asset Finance role will require strong aviation practice experience.
Top tier associates from major commonwealth financial centres (London, Toronto, Sydney, Melbourne, Dublin, Auckland) are most keenly sought after.
The firm is known to pay the highest salaries in the offshore market in addition to generous relocation, health and pension benefits. Start date is somewhat flexible although the firm requires someone on deck by the end of September at the latest.
