Applicants should have trained and practiced with a recognized city or regional firm and have experience handling a wide range of corporate transactions. The group specializes in all manner of corporate/commercial work including; M&A, JV’s, reorganizations, public offerings, amalgamations, private placements and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work.
