Description
A fantastic opportunity now exists for a senior associate to join the Corporate/Commercial team of a major offshore firm in the Caribbean. The position offers a variety of work, including: complex cross border transactions, drafting commercial agreements, public and private capital-raising, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements, supply and purchase agreements, consultancy and joint venture agreements as well as governance advice.
Candidates must be Commonwealth qualified and preferably have between six and nine years post admission experience at corporate practices of top tier UK/US firms in London, Hong Kong or other offshore firms. The ideal candidate will have extensive transactional experience and be an effective communicator at all levels.
