Description
Offshore Legal is now urgently seeking an Incorporations Manager for one of our major clients in Bermuda. The successful candidate will lead, direct and support a team of administrators, ensuring that timely and efficient administration services is provided to new clients/entities, setting up in Bermuda.
Ideally candidates will have their ICSA qualification, however, this is not imperative. 5+ years experience in a CoSec function (2 in a management position) is required, as the successful candidate will be managing a team of administrators and reporting directly to the Fiduciary Manager and Board. On offer will be an excellent salary (and benefits) package which will be taxed at just 5.25%!
