Description
Offshore Legal is seeking ambitious finance associates interested in relocating to the Channel Islands. Amongst other roles, there is currently a live vacancy within the Finance practice of a major offshore firm in the Jersey. The team has an international reputation for handling some of the most complex offshore transactions in this area, covering a full range of services, including: structured finance, asset finance, debt & equity capital raisings, CDOs and CLOs, securitisation, project finance, derivatives, securities regulation, convertible bonds, real estate finance, repackagings, islamic finance and a broad spectrum of general banking work.
The firm are seeking candidates with strong academics and experience gained in major London or Dublin firm(s).
