The funds’ team of this leading offshore firm specialises in the formation, restructuring and closure of all Cayman fund types, using all forms of investment vehicle, including companies, limited partnerships, unit trusts, innovative structures and segregated portfolio companies.
An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced funds practitioner with excellent communication and client handling skills. The firm is looking for a safe pair of hands who also has the drive and determination to help drive the practice forward. Candidates with corporate backgrounds but significant funds experience are also very much encouraged to apply.
