Description
This major offshore firm’s corporate and commercial team primarily advise on complex cross border transactions for a large book of blue chip international clients. Offshore Legal has just been instructed to source two additional associates for the team. For these particular roles, top tier Australian and New Zealand are particularly sought after. This is a rare scenario, so qualified candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP. The successful candidates can expect a steady diet of big ticket M&A, joint ventures, private equity transactions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, general commercial issues and a full range of investment fund based work.
