Description
Our client is now seeking an experienced property associate to advise on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. These include residential and commercial sales and purchases, mortgaging and financing issues, the legal aspects of planning applications and appeals, construction contracts and disputes, investment as well as commercial and residential leasing. Experience working on infrastructure and development projects would also be beneficial but is not a deal breaker.
