Description
A fantastic new opportunity has opened up for an ambitious associate to join Corporate/Commercial team of this fast growing firm in Bermuda. The position will offer a heavy dose of complex cross border work, including: big-ticket M&A/JV transactions, public and private capital raising, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements etc
The ideal candidate will be UK qualified and have between 4-7 years post qualification experience in a corporate/commercial practice at recognized city or top tier regional firm(s). They will have extensive transactional experience and be an effective communicator at all levels. The firm is known for its dynamic yet friendly working environment and offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
