Offshore Legal is now seeking an ambitious associate for the Banking & Finance practice of a major offshore firm in Jersey. The team has an international reputation for handling some of the most complex offshore transactions in this area, covering a full range of services, including: structured finance, asset finance, debt & equity capital raisings, CDOs and CLOs, securitisation, project finance, derivatives, securities regulation, convertible bonds, real estate finance, repackagings, islamic finance and a broad spectrum of general banking work.
They are seeking candidates with solid academics and strong technical and client handling skills. Associates with top tier city (London, Dublin, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland) experience are most highly sought after.
