Description
This top tier firm is looking to appoint a super bright and ambitious associate to its corporate/funds team in Hong Kong. The work will be first rate, covering primarily M&A, joint ventures, private equity transactions and a full range of investment fund work for a blue chip client, base spread right across the Asia Pacific region.
The successful candidate will have 3-6 years of post qualified experience at top tier firms in the UK, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Australia or New Zealand. Due to a growing client base in Japan, this particular vacancy requires candidates to speak fluent Japanese.
The firm is looking for a team player who is able to build strong relationships and work within a fast-paced and challenging arena. Total remuneration package will be on par with anything in the region and will include full relocation and health benefits.
