There is now opportunity for two ambitious commercial litigators to join this leading firm’s litigation practice group. The successful candidates will enjoy a truly varied caseload of interesting and predominantly complex cross border actions. These may include matters relating to general banking litigation, asset freezing and tracing, international insolvency and debt recovery, trust and probate, professional negligence, commercial and trade disputes, shareholders and directors disputes etc
