Description
The litigation practice of this prestigious offshore firm specializes in complex and high profile international commercial disputes, covering international arbitration and ADR, contentious banking and financial services disputes, asset tracing, distressed funds disputes, insolvency and restructuring as well as some trust litigation.
Due to the continued growth of the department, the team is now looking to add a UK Barrister with experience practicing in city or top regional sets. Barristers in Australia/NZ should also apply. The successful candidate will have a general commercial background and ideally some exposure to insurance and/or insolvency related matters.
