Description
A fantastic opportunity has presented for two hard working and enthusiastic corporate lawyers to join this leading offshore firm’s thriving Guernsey office. The corporate group specializes in all manner of corporate/commercial work including; M&A, JV, reorganizations, public offerings, amalgamations, private placements and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work.
The firm has instructed Offshore Legal to source one mid-senior (4-6 PQE) and one junior-mid (2-4 PQE) UK or Dublin based candidates. Both should have a solid corporate/commercial background and ideally city experience. Associates at top UK regional firms should also apply, especially for the more junior role.
The Channel Islands is a fantastic place to work and offers lawyers exposure to a truly international client base and generally a much improved work/life balance. Salaries tend to be only slightly lower than city rates, however, the favourable tax structure means almost all lawyers come out in front financially.
