Description
The BVI office of this major offshore firm is now looking to recruit two experienced commercial litigators/barristers. The team handles a large percentage of the highest profile cross border cases in the region, which are mostly disputes relating to offshore structures, corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency, trusts, funds, shareholders disputes and asset tracing. Candidates MUST be UK admitted and those with a top tier London background (UK/US firm or Chambers) will be preferred. Those currently offshore, looking for a new challenge, are also strongly encouraged to apply. A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax paid by the employee in the BVI is just 8%.
