Description
This firm’s corporate and commercial team specialises frequently advises on complex cross border transactions with a Cayman element. They regularly advise on joint ventures, private equity transactions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, IPO’s, mergers and acquisitions as well as a full range of investment funds work.
Offshore Legal has been instructed that they are now looking to hire an additional associate, one with experience driving a wide range of corporate transactions for leading firms in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Dublin or Toronto. Start date flexible (ideally Q3 or early Q4).
