Description
The litigation practice of this prestigious offshore firm specializes in complex and high-profile international commercial disputes, covering international arbitration and ADR, insolvency and restructuring, contentious banking and financial services disputes, asset tracing, distressed funds disputes as well as some trust litigation. Due to the continued growth of the department, the team is now looking to add an ambitious associate with experience working in top tier firms in London or other major commonwealth (Aus, NZ, Canada) centres. Those already offshore (or with direct offshore experience) are also naturally encouraged to apply.
Salary will be negotiable/commensurate with experience. It is guaranteed to be very attractive with excellent benefits as well as very realistic partnership prospects for someone who contributes to the practice as expected.
