Description
Offshore Legal is now seeking an ambitious associate for the Banking & Finance practice of a major offshore firm in Guernsey. The team has an international reputation for handling some of the most complex offshore transactions in this area, covering a full range of services, including: structured finance, asset finance, debt & equity capital raisings, CDOs and CLOs, securitisation, project finance, derivatives, securities regulation, convertible bonds, real estate finance, repackagings, islamic finance and a broad spectrum of general banking work.
The firm are seeking candidates with solid academics and strong technical and client handling skills. Associates with London/top tier UK regional or Dublin experience are most highly sought after.
