Description
Offshore Legal has just been instructed to source a commercial Barrister for a major client in the BVI. The firm’s litigation practice are known for handling a large percentage of the highest profile cross border cases in the region, which are mostly disputes relating to offshore structures, corporate and commercial matters, insolvency, trusts, funds, shareholders disputes and asset tracing. A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax paid by the employee in the BVI is just 8%.
The British Virgin Islands’ are a stunning collection of islands and is renowned for having one of the highest standards of living in the Caribbean, whilst cost of living remains below most of the other islands. Powdery white-sand beaches, lush green mountains, and a sheltered yacht-filled harbour characterize the island of Tortola which is where the main business district is located.
