Offshore Legal has been asked to source a top-tier city (UK/US firm) associate for the Cayman office of this leading offshore firm. Candidates from top tier firms in Australia, NZ, Canada (and Dublin if dual qualified) are also strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with a general corporate or 100% M&A practice will be considered equally. Some exposure to funds work would be an asset but certainly not required.
