Description
A fantastic opportunity has presented for two hard working and ambitious associates to join the corporate group of this leading firm in Jersey. The team specializes in complex international M&A work and the successful candidates can also expect a heavy dose of top line corporate transactional work, including JV’s, reorganizations, corporate finance, public offerings, listings, amalgamations, private equity and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work.
The firm is primarily interested in receiving CV’s from London/Dublin based associates with experience at major firms. The firm has just started first round interviews, hence qualified candidates should apply asap to avoid missing out.
The Channel Islands is a fantastic place to work and offers lawyers exposure to a truly international client base whilst experiencing a work/life balance that most city lawyers only dream about. Salaries tend to be only slightly lower than city rates, however, the favourable tax structure means almost all lawyers come out in front financially.
