Description
Our client is now looking to add two mid/senior level associates to its fast growing corporate practice in Guernsey. The team is recognized for their M&A and JV work as well as corporate restructuring, schemes of arrangement, listings, corporate and bank financing and listings on the AIM and CISX. They also receive a lot of investment funds based work, hence any previous funds experience will be an advantage, but is certainly not a necessity.
Candidates must have gained the majority of their experience in the city. This leading offshore firm has a steady annual partner intake, meaning associates have the opportunity to forge long term careers. Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be comparable with those paid by most city firms.
