Description
There is currently a fantastic new opportunity for two ambitious associates to join the Corporate/Commercial team of this market leading firm in Bermuda. The positions will offer a heavy dose of complex cross border work, including: big-ticket M&A/JV transactions, public and private capital raising, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements etc
The ideal candidates will be UK qualified and have between 4-7 years post qualification experience in a corporate/commercial practice at recognized city or top tier regional firm(s). They will have extensive transactional experience and be an effective communicator at all levels. The firm is known for its dynamic yet friendly working environment and offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
