Description
A fantastic opportunity exists for two ambitious associates to join the Corporate/Commercial team of this market leading offshore firm in Bermuda. The positions will offer a heavy dose of complex cross border work, including: big ticket M&A/JV transactions, public and private capital raising, investment funds, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements as well as insurance/reinsurance related work.
The ideal candidates will be Commonwealth qualified and have between 4-7 years post qualification experience in a corporate/commercial practice at recognized city or top tier regional firm(s). They will have extensive transactional experience and be an effective communicator at all levels.
