A fantastic opportunity has presented for two hard working and enthusiastic corporate lawyers to join the corporate/finance group of this leading Channel Islands firm. The team advises on a wide range of complex cross border transactions and whilst workload is generally distributed based on prior experience, there is also opportunity to broaden your practice to encompass all manner of corporate, finance and funds related work.

The firm is primarily interested in receiving CV’s from London based associates with experience at recognized (UK/US) firms. The firm are looking to make these hires asap, with VC interviews scheduled immediately for suitable candidates.

The Channel Islands is a fantastic place to work and offers lawyers exposure to a truly international client base whilst experiencing a work/life balance that most city lawyers only dream about. Salaries tend to be only slightly lower than city rates, however, the favourable tax structure means almost all lawyers come out in front financially.
