A fantastic opportunity has presented for two hard working and enthusiastic corporate lawyers to join this leading firm in the Channel Islands. The group specializes in all manner of corporate/commercial work including; M&A, JV, reorganizations, public offerings, amalgamations, private placements and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work.

The firm has asked us to source mid-level candidates with 3-6 years experience from top tier firms. English, Irish, Scottish, Aussie and Kiwi candidates are most preferred. The firm is looking to make these hires asap with video conference interviews being scheduled immediately.

The Channel Islands is a fantastic place to work and offers lawyers exposure to a truly international client base whilst experiencing a work/life balance that most city lawyers only dream about. Salaries tend to be only slightly lower than city rates, however, the favourable tax structure means almost all lawyers come out in front financially.
