Description
This top tier firm is looking to appoint two mid-level associates to its rapidly expanding PE/Funds team in Hong Kong. Acting for about 80% of the world’s largest private equity firms, the Group covers primarily the areas of fund formation, special purpose investment vehicles, group restructures, public and private M&A and leveraged buy outs.
The successful candidates will be HK or Commonwealth qualified and have between 3-5 years relevant experience from recognized private practice firms. Mandarin language skills (spoken and written) will be highly advantageous but may be overlooked for a standout candidate with the right experience and background. Total salary package will be extremely attractive.
