Description
The BVI office of this offshore firm is still looking to add two further associates to its growing litigation practice. The team handle a large percentage of the highest profile cross border cases in the region, which are mostly disputes relating to offshore structures, corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency, funds and shareholders disputes as well as asset tracing.
Candidates should possess solid academics and must be UK admitted. The more senior role is only open to Barristers, however, the more junior vacancy is open to both Barristers and private practice solicitors. Very attractive offshore packages are on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax in the BVI is just 8%.
