Description
Our client has just given instruction that there is a new vacancy in their litigation team in Guernsey. The successful candidate will truly enjoy a varied caseload of interesting and predominantly complex cross border actions. These may include matters relating to general banking litigation, asset freezing and tracing, international insolvency and debt recovery, trust and probate, professional negligence, commercial and trade disputes, shareholders and directors disputes etc
The firm is looking for an extremely bright individual, who is a team player, but equally can hit the ground running and not require much supervision.
