Description
Another leading firm in the Channel Islands is now urgently seeking at least one junior/mid level commercial litigator to join its well-respected and busy litigation practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in a truly varied caseload of interesting and predominantly complex cross border actions. These may include matters relating to general banking litigation, asset freezing and tracing, international insolvency and debt recovery, trust and probate, professional negligence, commercial and trade disputes, shareholders and directors disputes etc
The firm is looking for a real team player with strong academics and a solid commercial background from city (London, Dublin) or top UK regional firms. Candidates from Australia and NZ are also encouraged to apply, even those without an EU passport/visa. Whilst there will be some flexibility, ideally they will have someone in place by the end of the year.
