Offshore Legal has just received instruction from a well-known offshore firm in the Channel Islands, that there is a new vacancy in their Jersey litigation team. The successful candidate will truly enjoy a varied caseload of interesting and predominantly complex cross border actions. These may include matters relating to general banking litigation, asset freezing and tracing, international insolvency and debt recovery, trust and probate, professional negligence, commercial and trade disputes, shareholders and directors disputes etc
