Offshore Legal has been instructed by a major client in Bermuda to source an ambitious UK based/qualified commercial litigator. The practice covers all areas of commercial litigation with a particular focus on insolvency, trust and funds disputes, banking, reinsurance etc although candidates are definitely not required to have experience across all of these areas.
