Description
The award winning practice of this major offshore firm is now looking to hire a top tier 3-5 PQE commercial litigator. Working a truly international caseload, the group handles disputes primarily covering general commercial, insolvency, trust and fund disputes etc. Whilst ultimately the role is for a general commercial litigator, experience in insolvency and restructuring will be beneficial. Advising and acting on high profile international administrations, liquidations and bankruptcies, as well as reconstruction and all types of recovery and associated work are a major focus for the group.
